A new species of Diazosma from Tibet (Diptera, Trichoceridae)

Abstract:

Diazosma tiheticum, sp. n., from East Tibet is described and illustrated. This is the fourth species of the genus known and resembles mostly the American species, D. subsinuatum Alexander. The generic characters of Diazosma BERGROTH and Trichocera MEIGEN are compared and illustrated.
